AMHERST/PEMBRIDGE APARTMENTS (WHEATON, MD)
This mosaic was a community project done through Wheaton Arts Parade in conjunction with Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP). We worked with residents who lived at the apartment complexes to create a triptych mosaic of Past, Present, and Future. The Past panel (far left) represents a scene from Latin America where many of the residents emigrated from. The Present panel, middle, represents the community of the residents as it is today, including the school that many middle school participants attended - Col. E. Brooke Lee Middle School. The Future panel, far right, represents a fanciful rendering of Wheaton.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT (WHEATON, MD)
This tetrahedron was another community mosaic project done through Wheaton Arts Parade, along with co-artist Allyson Sanchez. The mosaic is a celebration of the Salvadoran heritage of the three families who collaborated on the piece. A beach scene, a mountain scene, and a church scene make up the piece. This piece was on temporary display in various locations in Maryland, and now is currently on long-term display at the Montgomery County Planning Department building in Wheaton, MD.
